Fair Use Policy

This Policy applies to the website, web application, live match views, statistics pages, exports, integrations, and any current or future API, feed, or automated access channel made available by the platform.

You may use the platform only through ordinary human use of a browser or mobile application, or through official tools, exports, or APIs expressly made available for your account or role. Use is limited to the functionality, visibility level, and volume reasonably associated with your user role, subscription, or organisation relationship.

The platform may apply technical limits to requests, sessions, exports, bandwidth, or similar usage metrics. You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, automated scripts, DOM parsing, screen scraping, bulk extraction, IP or account rotation to avoid limits, credential sharing or resale, or similar techniques to access, copy, harvest, or extract platform data unless expressly authorised in writing.

You also may not use the platform to build a competing service, derived feed, or unauthorised database, or to republish, commercially redistribute, sublicense, sell, package into feeds, mass aggregate, benchmark for third parties, or commercially resell exported data or platform content unless expressly permitted in writing.

The platform and its content may not be used for betting, wagering, gambling, odds-setting, betting integrity services, or related commercial gambling purposes unless expressly authorised in writing.

The platform may monitor usage patterns, logs, requests, exports, and technical signals to detect abuse, protect security, enforce this Policy, and preserve service availability. If the platform reasonably believes that your use violates this Policy, it may throttle traffic, suspend exports or integrations, block requests, revoke credentials, limit functionality, suspend or terminate access, or take other reasonable protective measures, with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, live match views, shot-level data, statistics, visualisations, and derived analytics made available through the platform are informational only and do not constitute an official competition record, referee decision, or certified sporting result.

This Policy supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific or API-specific terms. If a separate written agreement, partner agreement, enterprise order form, or official API licence grants broader rights, that agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

The platform may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time to reflect technical changes, abuse patterns, product changes, or legal and operational requirements. The latest version will be made available on the platform with its effective date.
