1. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data for money. We do not provide user lists to third parties for their independent commercial use.

2. When “sharing” may apply

We may share identifiers or usage data with analytics or operational partners to improve, secure, and operate the platform. Under some U.S. state laws, certain analytics or advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no money changes hands.

For full details on categories of information collected, purposes of use, and retention, please review our Global Privacy Policy.

3. How to opt out

To opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information covered by applicable U.S. state law, email info@curltrack.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and include the email address associated with your account.
